Captain John Borden

Captain John has been sailing groups around Charleston since 1992. He’s sailed everything from catamarans to brigantines along both United States coasts, throughout the Bahamas, Eastern Caribbean, and Virgin Islands. Early in his sailing career, John crewed on a tall ship in Australia, and while in the Mediterranean had an opportunity to sail the 130 foot 1934 America’s Cup Challenger, ENDEAVOUR. In his time sailing through the Caribbean, he penned logs that were published in a sailing journal.
